Yeast Free Pizza Dough

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water

Directions

  1. Put the flour, the baking power and the salt into a bowl.
  2. Create a hole in the middle of the mixture, and pour in the water and oilive oil.
  3. To mix, gradually incorporate the flour into the water and olive oil. Add a bit more water if needed.
  4. Move the dough onto a floured board, then knead until the dough is elastic and smooth (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  5. Use as a normal pizza base.
