Yeast Free Pizza Dough
Are you trying to avoid easting yeast, but you still want to eat pizzas? Well check out this great yeast free pizza dough recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water
Directions
- Put the flour, the baking power and the salt into a bowl.
- Create a hole in the middle of the mixture, and pour in the water and oilive oil.
- To mix, gradually incorporate the flour into the water and olive oil. Add a bit more water if needed.
- Move the dough onto a floured board, then knead until the dough is elastic and smooth (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Use as a normal pizza base.
