Yeast Free Bread Recipe 2 (Spelt)
Here’s another great yeast free bread recipe for you to try. This one uses Spelt flour.
Ingredients:
* 8 cups of Spelt Flour
* 1/2 tsp salt
* Half a cup of sesame seeds
* 2 teaspoons of baking soda
* 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses
* 4 1/4 cups milk
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and grease two 9 x 5 inch bread tins.
2. Mix the spelt flour, salt, sesame seeds, baking soda, molasses and milk in a big bowl. Once well blended, separate the batter into the bread tins.
3. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Placing a tin of the same size over the top will give it a nice crust.
